ich bin übersiedelt

nun ist es (endlich?) soweit. ich verlasse meine bisherige virtuelle online mietwohnung hier auf blogger.com und zieh in mein neues eigenheim.
alle bisher geposteten beiträge bleiben hier natürlich erst mal online. es werden hier jedoch bis auf weiteres keine weiteren beiträge mehr gepostet.

es gibt selbstverständlich auch im neuen blog die möglichkeit sich die bisherigen post anzusehen. dazu einfach einen der beiden links unter "history" im sidemenu auswählen:


"URL" steht dabei für simple weiterleitung zur alten adresse, "pdf" bietet euch die möglichkeit alle alten beiträge auf 1x als pdf-file runter zu laden (ca. 2MB).

was so herrlich verträumt begann endete dann doch wieder in arbeit: entweder habe ich bei der installation meines neuen blogs auf dem eigenen server etwas übersehen oder ich bin einfach nur zu blöd. auf jeden fall bin ich seit freitag keinen wirklichen schritt weiter ...

was hat bloggen mit H+M zu tun?

jetzt ist´s also soweit. seit am 28.august mein "ur-blog" das licht der www-elt erblickte hat sich einiges getan. vieles davon hinter den kulissen.
bevor es hier aber so richtig los, oder besser gesagt weiter geht noch ein paar worte die einiges erklären können was bisher nie erwähnt wurde:

warum ich blogge weiß eigentlich niemand so genau. irgendwie hat alles mit einem verpatzten haarschnitt angefangen. mein unterdrücktes mitteilungsbedürfnis dürfte aber auch nicht ganz unschuldig daran gewesen sein, daß ich jetzt hier meine zeilen hinterlasse. das eben diese anfangs englisch waren, nun aber auch deutsch, liegt wohl am ehesten noch an meinem beruflichen umfeld. das sich ab oktober hier auch italienische posts finden werden ist dagegen einer privaten "fortbildungsmaßnahme" zu verdanken. nicht zu vernachlässigen ist aber auch jener aspekt, das es einfach spaß macht sich regelmässig den zeichenstift zu krallen und drauf los zu zeichnen. früher sind meine meisterwerke in dunklen schubladen verschwunden, heute strahlen sie heller den je auch allen monitoren dieses erdballs - was will man mehr ;-) seit kurzem nutze ich auch ein pen tablet und habe somit die möglichkeit die grafischen möglichkeiten meines mac´s weiter auszureizen und gleichzeitig meine photoshop-kenntnisse zu verbessern. wenn man all diese aspekte zusammenfasst könnte man kurz sagen: dieser blog ist mein online-zeichen-trainingslager. und durch den online-aspekt bin auch selbst ständig gefordert die sache weiter zu treiben.

was ich blogge weiß eigentlich auch niemand ganz genau. allerdings spiegeln sehr viele meiner post tatsächlich erlebtes in meinem unmittelbarem umfeld wieder. ich versuche dabei natürlich aber auch figuren dabei zu weit zu entfremden, daß sich die betroffenen herrschaften nicht auf den schlips getreten fühlen.

aus diesem grund habe ich die folgenden zeichnung auch ohne H+M logo erstellt. muß ja nicht gleich jeder wissen, daß man bei H+M nur sch... klamotten in der männerabteilung rumhängen ;-)

heute nachmittag im kino

nachdem bereits in der deutschen vorschau zu ratatouille ausdrücklich darauf hingewiesen wird, daß originalfilme immer besser sind als raubkopien war es natürlich meine heilige pflicht meinen ebensolchen arsch ins kino zu bewegen. begleitet von den beiden strammen früchten meiner lenden trudelten wir dort auch ein. bewaffnet mit popcorn und cola für schlappe 35 euro waren wir bereit: "surf´s up" (manchen unter euch vielleicht auch als "könige der wellen" bekannt) war echt ganz nett. vorallem der gockel mit der dude-stimme der dude-schildkröte aus "findet nemo" war eine echte bereicherung, vorallem weil er am ende den pokal gewinnt - ha! jetzt hab ich den schluß verraten. naja, vielleicht erspart ihr euch dadurch einen typischen kinonachmittag ....

danach weiß man auch warum cineplexx an der snackbar eine "chill out box" anbietet (mit nachos und 1 heineken-bier!).

which language soll ich künftig nehmen?


im zuge des brainstorming kommen immer abstrusere gedanken. ein weblog in deutsch? geht denn das? klar geht das. deutsch kann ich immerhin ein bisserl. und ab und an tu ich mir sogar in deutsch leichter. aber ganz auf englisch verzichten? shame on me!
wo steht denn das ein blog nur eine sprache haben darf? eben!
werde zukünftig einfach dem thema entsprechend die sprache wählen.
und ab oktober vielleicht sogar italienisch.
aber das ist eine andere geschichte ;-)

und allen die ihren senf dazu geben wollen, oder aus einem inneren bedürfnis heruas sogar müssen, denen sei gesagt: kruzt einfach eure bevorzugte sprache am obigen bild an und schickt es mir. aus allen eingelangten einsendungen wird der gewinner schriftlich benachrichtigt.

relaunch and redesign

may be that some of you recognized the smart changes within my blog (regarding the little design changes i did). the reason: i´m planning to relaunch my blog on my own platform. cause blogger.com doesn´t fullfill all my wishes and i can´t blog as i wanna do. i also wanna change the whole user interface, but this isn´t possible at blogger.com - not possible in that way that i want it it to.

so i paused posting the last days and spent my time with planning, brainstorming und drawn sketches of the new design.

i also searched for a new URL. "rolandsblog", "freehand", "freehandblog" ? all allocated.
i decided to take "myfreehandblog.com".

the german-english-version of WHAT?
"back" for the german "backen"? ok, but "IT"?
"back" for the english "back" (in german something like "zurück")? ok, but "IT"?
or is IT the acronymus for "information technoloy" - in a bread? *confused*
but maybe THAT´s really the new way ob baking bread: with information technology ?!?!

or the owner of the shop wanted to write "back off!" (in german u would say "hau ab!").
and that´s exactly what i did.
i don´t wanna have my bread baken in a new IT-way. i wanna have my bread baken as always
so i decided to go o my favorite old fashioned café:

today i have about 79kg.
and the only thing i did (and do) is:

- eat only when you are hungry (but eat what you like)
- stop eating when you are full
- increase your physical exercise

i did (see my post done on sept. 10th). so the poor dragon without a headline startet to be little bit sorrowfull, or thoughtfully.
dragons are admirable creatures. sitting on the top of the food chain, having much more power than they really need. enough power to rule the world.
so maybe also the poor dragon without a headline is thinking about world supremacy?
maybe poor dragon has already made plans to take over the control of our entire planet!
maybe poor dragon is only waiting for a headline?
